No place is perfect, but with continuous open to feedback, transparent communication, open to learning mindset of everyone especially the leaders, that's how we grow together.

Pros

I will make this review as transparent as possibe. Yes it is stressful, exasperating and pressure is almost too much to handle especially during closing. But you know what whatever sales job you are in I can almost guarantee you that stress will always be a part of the package. Numbers and quotas will always be part of the deal. If you are not up for it maybe sales isn't for you, maybe you can consider a different job instead. What's good about sales in general is the fact that you get to write your own paycheck at the end of the day. With INK I achieved so many things in 7 years. Bought my parents a house of their own Managed to send my siblings to university and later on successfully got their respective degrees Saved and invested a substantial amount of money overseas Travelled with my family to many places and stayed in luxurious hotels/villas which I used to only see in glossy magazines But more than these personal achievements, INK taught me to be resilient and to always push for that extra two inches. Pros 1. If you manage your time well, I can guarantee you, you can go back home at 6pm sharp except if you are closing the magazine and chasing for few ad layouts. 2. You get to enjoy your weekends! You don't have to think of coming to work on a Saturday or Sunday. 3. Management is very understandable and supportive especially for working moms. They believe that family must always comes first! 4. They will invest on you through trainings and coachings. I can guarantee that you will be a better salesperson ofcourse given that you apply and take in all the learnings 5. The company will send you for business trips, all expense paid! 6. You get to write your own paycheck. How much do you want? 5? 6 digit? It's achievable! Trust me I just brought home my biggest salary last December. 7. I've been to several companies, but I've neither met nor managed to speak with the CEO. With INK, you can always approach Simon may it be personally when he is in Singapore or even write him an email. You can tell him your struggles/concerns and he definitely listens and responds.

Cons

1. Yearly increase of team and personal targets 2. You will do all the salesprocess from leadsourcing to closing. Sometimes you need to do some production tasks following up on materials and chasing for payments

Pros

After working within the business for 2 and a half years it makes me chuckle at some of the reviews on this website. It is quite obvious from the setup of the business that it’s a high performance environment with coaches and trainers there on tap to help you succeed. Even when you’re down (performance wise) which I personally have experienced, I at no point was left to my own devices to suffer or fail. The help and support is second to none, and not only am I back on my feet, I am excelling instantly. The WOW factor. On a day to day basis I am able to run my own business, there is no micro management, in fact the plasma TV’s and air conditioning is rather nice coupled with that incredible fridge full to the brim of freezing cold still or sparkling water. My “peers” thrive to support me to improve day by day and are relentless in that sense. It is overwhelming how far they are all willing to help. This comes all the way from the top of the tree to all others at the top too. That’s the thing about INK – most of the time it feels like one massive family. Last year I visited more countries and experienced more things than I could have ever imagined, with INK giving me the opportunity to contribute to such a wonderful charitable cause whilst trekking through the Sahara Desert. Double marathon in 48hrs. INK provides these incredible adventures to learn so much about yourself and others. It sounds too good to be true. There are so many of me working here that also believe it’s all too good to be true – come say hi! The product/s I sell are in a class of their own and I get a sense of immense pride being able to work so closely with the majority of the most prestigious airlines across the globe. There is nothing but opportunity within INK and as long as you are committed to being exceptional and you are kind-hearted/decent sort of person, this place will take you to a whole new level inside the workplace and out. I am a better person for working at INK under the super CEO Simon who has a strict open door policy and is always there to help his staff succeed. I personally cannot believe how lucky we are to have such a CEO that that oozes optimism, infects us all with positivity and there is something very magical about him. Life is good at INK!

Cons

Not enough hours in the day!
