Close to station. Spacious office well decorated.

Management lack direction and find it impossible to make a decision in a timely manner. Senior management are disrespectful to their teams criticism is used as a tool to degrade they see this a motivational tool. No work life balance, long hours expected. Low salaries and no review process. Communication is non existent and no training or career growth available possibly due to no appraisal offered to employee's.
