Nice working environment. Good London location. Good salary.

Cons

Lacking key Technology skills. Not enough capable people work in IT. CEO is IT agnostic.

CULTURE!!! Working at Ink is rewarding both financially and personal growth. Fantastic comp plans and Management that cares about people and not just numbers.

None that I can immediately think of.
