      Pros

      Ink is really like family. The office environment is amazing and you feel like home when you walk in. If you work hard, the job is extremely rewarding and your paycheque is amazing. You get many opportunities to travel - also only when you put in all you've got.

      Cons

      You'll have to work after work and on the weekend.

      Pros

      This is my first full-time job out of college with little experience in the business, but they invested in me & continue to invest in me to teach me how to be successful in this industry. The culture here makes you want to jump out of bed and rush to work because everyone here is so nice. It truly is like a second family, the people that work here genuinely care about you, from your co-workers to the CEO of the company! The company gives you un-capped potential with the ability to grow and achieve your goals. It is hard to find a job that is so great it doesn't even seem like work, but I was luckily enough to find that here.
