Pros

Flexible, as long as you perform well, you're good

Cons

Not stable, always changing. If not the commission structure, they change the seating arrangements, the team, the leaders etc

Thanks for your feedback. We understand that organisational culture differs not just from continent to continent, but from country to country and we appreciate and celebrate these differences. Our company shares best practice, and has taken many great ideas from Singapore. We are always looking to improve the culture and organisational environment. Seating arrangements, team, or team leaders may sometimes change in order have the breath of fresh air and to increase productivity and collaboration at work place. We consider such matter important. If you think that seating arrangement at your office is still not optimal, please do drop us an email or respond to this review anonymously and we will arrange the best solution for you! We appreciate your feedback and are happy to solve any negative review! My personal email is: Victoria.Hearn@ink-global.com

Pros

Credible titles, fantastic range of digital assets, fair pricing and a great culture of proper sales people. I've been here at INK Singapore almost a year will easily earn a sensible 6 figure income and enjoy coming to work every day and I am not Michael or Simon !

Cons

None, if your on top of your game and prepared to listen, learn and work hard you can earn great money and be involved in fantastic incentives. As for micro management I get none I just come in every day and do my job nobody bother me and everyone is happy. If your a slacker you will be helped, trained and improved. I've worked at far worse places across London & USA.

Pros

You travel . Funky location . What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Cons

Read the reviews . If you are looking for an easy rude this is big the place for you. It's tough here but the rewards are there but you have to be ruthless and think skinned. Yes a lot of the ' positive ' reviews are written by the management and the negatives are written by most of the renaming staff current and ex staff . I was a fabulous member of staff and it is their loss but I wasn't a narcisstic hard baller and i nearly had a break down as a result but that's ok it just wasn't for me . It's not rocket science the rewards are there if you produce- how you are going to do that , well it's inks way or no way. Get out of the kitchen if you can't stand the heat .

We can agree that sales roles are not for everyone and we understand that. Yes, people sometimes work under pressure and have deadlines, but we found that to be the media industry today. Rewards are there for taking, that’s completely true – we reward all our employees for their hard work on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Not many employers have such an organised or clear reward system in place. We are proud to admit that our employees have won incentive trips around the world, attended Olympics, World Cups, bought their first Dior bags and Rolex watches, had free lunches and time off. But they had all that because they deserved it – they have worked hard to achieve and go beyond their goals. We understand that for some our targets might seem unachievable, but from our experience they are. Working with commitment and teamwork makes it possible. If you dare to dream you dare to achieve!
