Cons

There's a difference between having a lot of help and running a studio. Full time in the office is just not valid anymore, just an excuse for management to change plans on the fly.

great training program, decent base, decent commission structure, decent benefits, and upper management is great

majority of the team leaders are just sales people who were given big accounts to take over when other people who have left the company, left...no reason for them to be leading a team when they are not doing anything to lead or were able to obtain the sales they make heavy commissions on every month. other than that it is a good place to work
