Pros

t's a tough job environment, after Ink every job will be easier and every company will appear more professional than that.

Cons

I never seen such a crazy turnover like at INK, they believe because is it's tough. The reality? it is not an healty environment at all. You will be surronded by people that doesn't have any idea how manage people, everything is driving by fear. They don't pay your commissions you earn previously when you leave the company.

Thanks for your feedback, it’s nice to hear from the IT department. We will definitely take your comments on board – we are planning on implementing employee appraisals any time soon and introduce various rewards for our non-commercial top performers.

I’m glad you liked the work atmosphere and work life balance at Ink – we want our employees to have fun at, and away from work! Yes, sales are mainly characterized by money (as a prime motivator), commission and high pressure – that’s nothing new. We understand that sales roles are not for everyone. However, at Ink hard work yields great results, high commission and promotion – so if you want to succeed in this sector – this is a great place to start!
