The dedicated people in our teams have been with the company for many many years and I can give you examples of those people’s triumphs. Please visit: https://www.ink-global.com/careers/recruitment-guide We know that not everyone will adapt to, and succeed in a sales environment – but if you are driven to succeed, the opportunities are there for the taking. We are entrepreneurial and we only want for our colleagues to be the same.

Pros

Get to meet lots of new people because the turnover is amazing...

Cons

When you are in the good books of the management, all is good. When you are not, they can be really cruel.

Thank you for your views. As we have already stated in a number of newer reviews: there has been a number of changes in how we do things at Ink in the last few years. We have addressed many of the issues that you raise. For the record, our Commission structure has been clear and transparent for some time now.

Pros

Shoreditch Reading the reviews on Glassdoor... especially the 5* ones.

Cons

The only company in Shoreditch wearing suits. (Cheap shiny ones at that) Management Colleagues Products Prospects Management Clients Salary Bonus Inksipration or whatever they are calling it now Deal a day Did I mention management? I'm really not bitter. Ink was probably one of the best things to happen to me, and leaving was the best silver lining I can think of in my life. It launched my career in advertising and I now work for a major agency in digital planning. So thank you Ink. Thank you very much.

Sales environment can be quite stressful and high-paced, and we appreciate the fact that it is not for everyone. On the other hand, if you enjoy working in sales, if you are really competitive and also resilient, we have many examples of colleagues that are the proof that you can flourish and succeed with us.
