Pros

Ink is a 36 year old business that still feels like a startup in the best ways possible. The owners are in-tune with what is needed to be successful and relevant in our industry. They put the power in the hands of our people to keep our culture, our processes, and our quality thriving.

Cons

Ink isn't for everyone. Some employees have complained at the broad nature of job descriptions and the company's culture of "define problems, then offer solutions." Those who just want to identify problems for someone else to fix become frustrated over time.
