      lots of growth and training.

      Cons

      bosses are so micro-managing, full of biasness. so much backstabbing and commercial heads will be busy stealing accounts from her team. no benefits, no hyrbid model, no medical. nothing. only suck up to the director when he's here from uk but everythign else is horrible.

      Pros

      I’ve had a great experience working here. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment where employees are encouraged to take initiative and contribute to impactful projects. Leadership is approachable. There are plenty of opportunities for learning and development, including working with d diverse teams. The work-life balance is excellent, with flexible hours and remote work options that really accommodate personal needs. The company culture is inclusive, positive, and supportive.

      No major cons, but like any fast-paced environment, there can be a lot of work at times. However, the team is always ready to support each other, so it never feels overwhelming.

      political, higher up will ask you to limit your interaction with 'xyz' because you need to hang out with the 'successful people' Promise you everything saying that there will be guidance and stuff , nope, you are alone and whoever is on board is in a trial by fire,
