A great place to work

Pros

The management takes care to have a clear vision and that's passed on very well through middle management. And they are very open and transparent with plans and progress. Delegation of responsibility through departments is well managed. Knowledge and information sharing is amazing. Very good perks and benefits - a really good onsite gym, transport allowance, regular team activities, personal development opportunities like conferences and trainings, inhouse library, every now and then you get a whole day to work on whatever you want, you can cook and BBQ on the terrace any time, a cafe with very good coffee and snacks. Well themed and decorated workplace. Friendly and supportive HR.

Cons

Career growth is not very good. It was actively being worked on when I was there, but not yet done. The technology stacks being used are not that great. Newer tech is not that common. The same goes for development workflows. Not everyone might agree, but the workaround time for things/features/products to be completed could be shortened in many cases.

Good experience

Pros

there is good work-live balance. Normally there is no time pressure except for the time when close to release. Regular open information sharing about products, plans, financial situation an so on.

Cons

The company is a bit more focused on how to make money and not how to make great games. On the big picture developers are a bit underrated. There are all kinds of C-level managers except CTO, not even head of development. Although impact of if is not tangible on day-to-day work.
