Pros

It is flexible and there are so good students

Cons

You lose a lot of money because of the payment method they use. You receive bad ratings from little children and the company doesn't care at all. Where it should be all the contrary. They are not professional at all. LOW PAY, RUDE STUDENTS, THREATENING EMAILS, ANSWERING OUR INQUIRIES WITH TEMPLATES, FAKE "DISCONNECTION" CANCELLATIONS, SYSTEM GLITCHES, UNFAIR LOW RATINGS.

Native Camp is constantly working on changes and improvements for our teachers, so we appreciate any kind of feedback, good or bad. Our admin staff is very professional so please be sure that our teachers get all information in a timely manner. Our idea of Open Space was to connect teachers and hear more about their experiences. As we are a global company it can take some time for changes to be implemented. But we are here to listen and improve. Pros

Only flexibile working hours. NOTHING ELSE.

Cons

Low payment, teachers are not protected from students, students mostly turn off camera, I sometimes can hardly hear them, they take lessons while walking outside, wash dishes, take bath, when they are drunk, nervous, tired. They humiliate teachers, some of them are racist and company do not ban them, they do not support teachers. One of the worst companies at the market.

My experience at Nativecamp

Pros

Nativecamp is a very good teaching platform for both teachers and students. One thing I like most is the flexible work schedule and the fact that they provide you with their all-time available teaching material. I have equally met very interesting students on the platform. Again, they are very punctual and never delay or joke with teachers' salaries.

Cons

Despite the fact that Nativecamp is a good teaching platform, there are some negative points about the company which can be worked upon. One of which is the aspect of always siding with the students and favouring them at the expense of the teachers even when the students are wrong. Also, The pay per class which is $ 1.54 for 25 minutes is not really the enough considering what is required of the teachers.
