      Very Flexible! I can teach whenever I want wherever I want. Great Pay when you are a great teacher. They reward deserving teachers.

      Cons

      Seeing deductions and penalties are a pain in the bones.

      I can work flexibly

      I can work flexibly. no quota. I can work from home

      Cons

      Even if I work full-time, there are no bonuses and no security, so I still have to find a job that will compensate me for my daily expenses. No 13th month pay. Salary for sudden lessons is still the same no increase since they started their operation. No health insurance or HMO.
