Pros

The best thing about Native Camp is its schedule. Also, most of the students are nice and they offer a lot of incentives.

Cons

The downsides of working in Native Camp are we feel like the teacher's right and emotion is being neglected. I feel like they are one-sided. For example, when there is a system glitch and it affects how we conduct the class. The students would feel like we are not doing our best as a teacher and gave us poor ratings. So I accept it because I'm not the kind of person who likes complications, I always go with the flow. I just hope for the better next time.

Pros

I've been teaching English both online and offline in different language schools here in Cebu however I find Native Camp special. Salary and Incentives are competitive. You receive what you work for and can earn more if you're hardworking. The CEO and staff are great in providing varied opportunities to teachers to earn more. If you're a new teacher, you have to be patient and build trust to your students about your credibility to teach then you'll have more booked lessons. In addition, what I like most about working here is that, whenever I have errands or emergencies to attend to - I can always turn off my slots and come back when it's convenient for me though if this happens, I need to start from the beginning. Moreover, they give you opportunities to earn more by giving you badges and free-reserved classes which students can booked your lesson for free but you'll be earning same compensation for booked lessons. I love it!

Cons

For the No cancellation incentive for booked lessons, in case you'll have 1 disconnection lesson due to power outage in your area, you'll still lose the incentive even after achieving no cancellation for 20 booked lessons. This is unfair. The situation was unpredictable and unavoidable. Cancellation will be removed if you'll request it however you'll lose the incentive which leads to losing my motivation to work.
