Pros

Open 24/7 365 but less "students" available and "controlled" tutor "selection".

Cons

Native Camp has always been a tedious platform for those trying to keep their heads above water in the trying pandemic times, now it's worse. Previously a native speaker could just log in and get busy right away but then NC began metering the flow. The reason? "Students" were informed that they couldn't have their favorite teacher for several classes during the day but had to wait 24 hours to get the same educator again. This discouraged many students who left for other platforms. Then had the brilliant thought to offer a "beauty cam" app to instructors to what we're guessing is to "attract by aesthetics" those who want to learn...Or...beautiful or handsome teachers available to lure the what? Lonely? Frustrated? Not sure what the genius level is for this. Recently they made it even more difficult to stay busy on the platform by adding some kind of "ranking system" to push teachers up the "selection pages". Not concerned with service, keeping those willing to work, or placating the "students" more micro management of the platform. We'll say this again: There's better and higher paying platforms with less of a "educational 3 ring circus" feel to it available.
