      Pays well and very Good Teacher Support

      1. No need for regular students, if you go on "Standby" mode a student will surely enter your class. 2. Very flexible Hours, there are students 24/7 3. Tons of incentives 4. Very reliable Admin Support to Teachers 5. Honest Rates 6. Lots of Students mostly Japanese and Taiwanese 7. Students as young as 6 y/o and as old as 74 y/o! 8. Easy textbook for the teachers. COMPLETE guide and script are in the textbook only visible to teachers! 9. Can work at home, platform will run even under a 3mbps internet connection. 10. Fast Application Process. 11. Learning kits are readily available anytime. 12. Polite students 13. No need for much TPR and lots of Props. Instead, lively aura and professional front is a must. 14. Accepts undergraduate applicants. 15. Accepts senior citizens as teachers. 16. Classes are conducted in browser, they have their own website. No need to download any other software that might not be compatible to any other device. 17. Platform is compatible in both Windows Chrome and MacOS

      Cons

      1. Website sometimes crashes. 2. Students have the right to rate you (1-5stars) and once you are rated 1 star your account gets deactivated automatically. 3. Students have the upper-hand because the teachers can't know which student rated lowly. As a result the teacher can't properly defend his/her side. 4. Native Camp asks proof during low rating removal but won't allow teachers to take videos nor photos of the class.

      Flexible, You only teach when you want to by opening up your slots. Easy application, it is easy to apply.

      Cons

      Low salary, They only pay $3/hour to South Africans. No bookings, you hardly get bookings. Some students are very rude
