      The is no commitment, working in flexible hours, you can open amd close slots ehenever you want, good students, easy to conduct lessons, no penalty. If you want to gain experience is a good opportunity

      The salary is very low compare to other company, there are no bonus from the company, you need to work hard to gain a little

      Pros

      Easy to get in(even with an intermediate level of English!) *more of a negative point than a positive one though. Flexible working hours

      I had been telling everyone about NC, talking about how flexible it is to work with, how kind the students are, bla bla bla. I definitely regret it now because they don't give a damn about their teachers. I am sure that every one there hates working on NC but we all stay for different personal reasons. IT IS NOT FAIR. It already is bad enough working for hours everyday for a low payment. And now apparently the company decided that we don't even deserve that small amount of money, so they changed their payment method to Payoneer. In every withdrawal Payoneer and your bank are gonna charge a fee changing, depending on our bank and country. I'm so fed up with NC these days. Everything is so stressful about working here. LOW PAY LOTS OF RUDE STUDENTSRECENTLY STRESSOR BULK EMAILS, ANSWERING OUR INQUIRIES WITH TEMPLATES, FAKE "DISCONNECTION" CANCELATIONS AND ASKING TEACHERS FOR A PROOF, SYSTEM GLITCHES, UNFAIR LOW RATINGS, AND MORE.
