      Great platform and they provide with the materials etc. There is personal growth like you get to learn a lot and improve on your knowledge .

      Cons

      The salary is ridiculous and really not worth it. l mean $1.54 like really for a 25 minutes lesson.

      1. Flexible working schedule (OWN SCHEDULE) 2.Payment ALWAYS on time and in FULL. 'The salaries department' is very honest, competent, and professional. 3. Admin always responds to teachers' inquiries within 24hrs 4. Campaigns and promotions for hardworking teachers. Native Camp makes it a point to promote hardworking tutors to students. 5. Unlike other online companies I've worked for in the past, Native Camp is very popular, thereby assuring the availability of students 24/7. I do an average of 20 classes a day, which is impossible with other companies. 6. Their platform is unique, captivating, easy to use, and convenient for both students and teachers. It also serves as a social networking site. Other companies use Zoom, Skype, etc, but NC uses their own interface. State of the art portal!!! 7. Teachers are offered the opportunities to develop themselves further by training for programs like the Callan Method. ~~I think it's the fastest growing platform currently.

      Rude and arrogant students once in a while.
