- Very collaborative, feels like a shared mission of being the leader in mobile entertainment - Free food, great office, casual feel - Extremely talented people who work hard and are motivated - Make fun, cool games in a fast moving and growing space

Cons

- Growing pains of changing from 10 to 150 people in less than 1.5 years is still felt - Paying down technical debt from moving quickly

Pros

Great culture, solid pay, nice benefits, people are wonderful and super helpful, engineers are always trying to improve, games are a little dated, but everyone does their part to improve them.

Cons

It feels that there is a disconnect between upper management and engineers at times. This is due to the size of the company. As it has been hit hard in the last couple years, it has had to downsize substantially.
