Pros

Better pay than competition. Best MBA ever.

Cons

Avoid unless you are desperate. Long working hours (80 hours per week). Too political. Management abusive towards lower grade employees.

Pros

Great pay and solid benefits for the work. Tons of opportunity for someone who's ambitious to direct their career path.

Cons

The bureaucracy and the constantly changing policies are challenging. Leadership is expected to change roles every three years, so if you have a great manager or terrible one, either way their gone soon enough.
