Pros

Run for your life, don’t walk RUN. This place swallows your soul; snacks are life though. A couple more words.

Cons

See above. I’ve been rejected writing this comment like 6 times now, because it was too direct, called people out. Heres the vanilla, watered down version......RUNRUNRUN. This place is the absolute WORST. The sales culture will literally reach into your body and snatch your soul just like a dementor. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT work here under any circumstances. The people they had in the sales video are all gone, they don’t have anyone to trumpet how amazing we are. Don’t come in here all fresh eyed and bushy tail- you will be disappointed. Let this be a clear warning that you should NEVER until any circumstances work here. We are all looking and a cult has to be better at this point.

Masters of Illusion

Pros

Flexibility, catered lunch, free snacks, dog friendly office, lots of outside work events, young office, intelligent leadership team, unlimited PTO policy

Cons

It is all a facade. SnackNation is an illusion of a "Best Places to Work" environment. They have all the perks to create an environment as such but do not desire to. They are focused on getting rich quick then selling the business. Company culture has dramatically decreased since we moved offices. They pretend to be completely transparent but are anything but. The actual real benefits that matter for livelihood - health care, pay, 401K are awful. Cannot expense cell phone bills even if you use them for work. Stay away and don't get swindled to work here like I did!

Beware of the smoke and mirrors

Pros

SnackNation is filled with great people and they do make an effort to create an environment that is fun. The "culture" is a enforced heavily.

Cons

The roles themselves are mis-represented. They over-work you and the job itself is cut-throat. The compensation compared to the expectation of work is extremely unfair.
