      Pros

      Bright House culture is second to none. They have always looked out for their employees with good benefits, working conditions and a friendliness not often seen.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Bright House has been bought by Charter Communications and the future looks less positive. The perception is that Bright House was an afterthought to the Charter-Time Warner merger, and employees are being used to fill positions 'willy-nilly' with no regard for skill or location. Charter has definitely taken a "take it or leave it" attitude with Bright House employees. Current estimates are that 80% of the IT staff will leave the company rather than move to the mandated "St. Louis" location. Much good talent is being lost and the larger corporation will have a hard time continuing to make money here at Bright House.

      Going downhill fast...

      Pros

      Most people you work with can be fun. Base pay, while not great is pottery decent.

      Cons

      Policy and commission changes over the 6 months has cut my total pay by more than half while significantly increasing my administrative workload and consequently hours worked each week. Additionally, sales managers in national training calls have been advising that their successful reps are working Saturday and Sunday too. Commissions are getting progressively harder to earn.

      Delevery manager was good, knowledgeable, Kind . Had open door policy . PM was not worth the position.Very unsure of himself, no knowledge was provided as he was booted out of the project,.

      White male dominated company, Permanent employees are very uncooperative with the contractor as we drew more salary than them..
