BHN benefits made shortcomings bearable.

Cons

Now under Charter, we lost our pension, 401k is cut in half, loans you had in the 401k now are taxable, we lost 1 weekvacation a year and several sick days. Our fantastic medical will be replaced with might as well not have insurance.

Pros

Bright House was recently acquired by Charter, however they were a phenomenal company to work for. They have political drama, like everyone, but if you work hard, you'll be appreciated.

Cons

Management can be somewhat oblivious. Bright House was always caught in the middle of trying to embody a corporate work environment , with small business leaders. Hiring heavy key players doesn't make the whole company thrive... Well, at least not for the worker bees.

Free Service, Moderate pay. Unfortunately, this is about where it ends. For the most part, More will be in the cons.

Micromanagment Micromanagement Micromanagement Did I say micromanagement. They listen to calls constantly, if someone is yelling on the phone at you you are supposed to accept and just be ok with the abuse. Sales department is 140 shifts short, this is why they are always hiring. No job security, fairly good chance during training you will be let go. We see so many poor people come into Charter smiling and ready, only to be let go 3 weeks later after they have already quit their job.
