Pros

Locally the people were great, helpful and easy going. Not high pressure environment. Left you alone to do your job. Listened to you for advice on projects.

Cons

Corporate is like a typical corporation everyone is a number and none of them in corporate really care about the production department they are centered around all the sales people.

Free service after you pay for equipment.

Cons

C in charter is for change, EVERYTHING changes day by day. Tools don't work half the time. pushing out product to customers before it ready, systems and server crashing at least weekly.

Pros

Great health and dental insurance. Ability to accumulate vacation days and carry over 80 hrs. first 4 yrs. then 100 hrs. per year after. Starts with 3.08 hours per pay period 0-4yrs of employment (120 hours max per year), then 4.62 hours per pay period 5-9yrs (160 hours max per year), 6.15 hours per pay period 10 years or more (160 hours max per year) . Ability to accumulate unlimited sick days

Cons

Company appears too concerned with micromanagement of service techs. Treats us like factory workers without the benefit of union. Supervisors appear to have ultimate control and some supervisors believe they are the company owner, making conflicting decisions with company policy. Management does not want to listen thinks employees are just "whiners". Have a "there's the door attitude". Call center is a big problem. Company says they are trying to make it work better as service techs should call a work order accuracy number but after 10 yrs. seems to be worse.
