The spectrum upper management has everyone coming into the office in button up attire for work at home jobs. They do not care a bit about company culture. This is a job that you take if you are desperate or need some experience on your resume. Their career progression plan is ridiculous and they give less than 2% yearly raises for full time workers. There is also unchecked misogyny and low accountability for bad training. I would not recommend working for this company under any circumstances.

Pretty much everything. From day 1 they had me work everything without fully understanding processes and procedures. I didn't even get to do my orientation training or anything welcoming. Was reprimanded for not knowing the procedures on day 2. Most of the shift doesn't take breaks or eat. The managers are largely unprofessional and a lot of it seems to stem from the top. The way the place is ran is really antiquated. They are forcing everyone to come back to the office with no flexibility.
