Worst job I’ve ever had. Long list, 6 weeks of horrible training. Bait and switch showing you pay stubs of 1-3 agents that made 20k in a month when in reality most only make 4-5K before taxes. Constantly restructuring your commission so you make less. Constantly moving the goal post, since I’ve worked there for 10 months the dial requirements have gone from 80 a day to 100 a day to now 150 a day. If you don’t make your goals they fire you. They tell you to do what it takes to get the sale but then tell you 60 things you can’t do. You get 4 write up’s then they fire you. You are cold calling business owners all day to sell them stuff so that’s hard enough as it is then there are 100 ways to lose a sale once you finally get a yes. I’ve got years of sales experience and this is the worst sales job or any job I’ve ever had. If you value sanity and not stressing over losing your job every month do not work here. You are just a number and the turnover rate is literally 90% of agents quit in the first 12 months. I made it 10. Even if you are crushing it selling over 30 PSU’s they will still ride you to get more, I know I did it. When I started in January you got 125 for a single unit and 900 for a triple sale when I left earlier this month you got 75 per unit and 750 for a triple and you have to get 20 install not sales to make it count for 750. They do not value your health and despite frequent Covid outbreaks do absolutely nothing about it. This company is poison and they can write all the comments about we apologize for this and we want to strive to make things better they want but they will never change they care about money that is all.

They don't promote based on skill, they promote based on friendship and if they like you. Many supervisors didn't have the skill set to supervise anyone or any thing. they need training on how they talk to the employees. They are very accusatory in almost everything. They do not give clear policy changes and blame employees that they didn't keep updated with the changes. this is by far one of the worse companies to apply for. they Overwork the technicians in the field, do not appreciate employees, and hire management that literally do not know what it is to manage and supervise. They bark orders and there is no reason. Also there is no real diversity in Management.
