Pros

The only perk left is almost free services. And you get a paycheck so at least it’s an income.

Cons

You’re so micromanaged you can’t even take 2 minutes if personal to use the bathroom. Since spectrum took over there has been so many employees that had to take mental health leave. This company has literally drove people to self harm thoughts. Let that sink in - it’s not an exaggeration. I left after 3 years first wth Time Warner cable then the merge wth Spectrum. I worked in different departments. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there with how people are now treated. I honestly loved working for the company when I started. I dreaded going to work at the end so much it made me physically ill. The last day I worked when I left it was a feeling of relief. It’s sad honestly.

Pros

There are no pros to working for charter.

Cons

Poor management, hostile environment, employee supervisors have no HR skills and no business supervising teams. I experienced retaliation after reporting ethics violations. Little or no training provided to new hires. Ridiculous lack of IT support. I've never worked anywhere that compared to the unprofessionalism displayed at this company.

Pros

Decent Pay. Decent vacation policy. and great colleagues. That's about it.

Cons

Toxic and emotionally immature working environment. Upper Management and direct management micromanage and abuse workers. It is not OK to treat employees like children. Undecent and unrealistic demands. No working from home policy. Product Management at Spectrum is inexistant, the teams are just implementing the Care's team demands. No team spirit, no encouragement and no recognition from management for hard dedicated workers. Bullies are actually the ones that get a promotion. Stop pretending that you want to innovate when you are just incapable of creating a safe place to foster creativity. Training is inexistant, you just learn as you go and if you make mistakes, beware!
