Benefits, courtesy services ie. (free cable, phone and internet) and commission oportunity are the best reasons to work for this company. There could be advancement if your in the right department.
Cons
This company is totally all for themselves and not about its employees. I was with TWC who was a great company to work for. Now that Charter has taken over, they have taken away holidays where we were off before, now we work on holidays. They have cut the comission plan where as a twc employee had potential to earn up to 5000 in commissions there is now a max at half of that. There have been alot of changes and we are still in the 1st month of the new year where we have just been informed of these changes and there will probably be a lot more as the transition completes.
