Pay was fantastic. My commission checks were great. Lots of incentives to increase sales and lots of opportunity for overtime

Cons

Very unwilling to work with you on scheduling and on time off. Very very strict on break times and will require weekends or evenings when you're new... possibly as late as midnight

It used to be great.

Cons

Trying to keep their head up while no communication is going on about the merger. All we know is hundreds are moving and hundreds are losing their job. Florida statistics are going to tank on employment rates soon.

Cons

The new hires make more than seasoned employees who actually have to train them. Upper management cares nothing about the employees and sacrifices we make with our patience and sanity.
