Zero executive management and leadership in the Los Angeles office; Toronto execs come once a month, if that, and stay in meetings then dish out change or orders like a bull in a china shop. Top heavy; many directors and several VP's but no real leader on-site. Seems like accountability is nonexistent and rules & guidelines are ignored, not even broken. Poor communication between management and staff and between colleagues. There is a sense that anyone that's not a Director, is a peon. Accounting is usually always late to pay bills; no on-site accounting or payroll. HR seems disorganized.

the Senior director and most of the leadership do not have people skills. They expect employees to just do what they are told and not challege or ask questions. You could be having the worst day of your life and they wouldnt bat an eye, they'd just want you to get the job done.
