Pros
The only positive thing I can say about this job is the part time hours suited my lifestyle. I am not available 40 hours a week in the spring.
Cons
My job ended in March 2015 because my direct to store order sales numbers didn’t meet managements target dollar amount, which pays their inflated paychecks. The disastrous management makes you force toys onto stores even in the slow months of January and February. I would have never accepted this job if I had known you had to meet their weekly sales requirements or lose your job. I stocked lots of product on the shelf and set up displays, but that is not good enough. If you do not sell additional product they get rid of you quickly, and call it a “business decision”.
