      - Lots of micromanagement - Most of time in engineering is spent shipping/receiving/managing samples - Meetings, meetings, and meetings about meetings - Lots of bureaucracy and paperwork - Misleading job descriptions

      Work life balance is extremely bad. If you decide to join this company then you have to totally sacrifice your personal life. They give a decent pay which I agree but they will suck 2 people work. I spent literally all my weekdays only for Spin Master and after a year when you turn back and regret for the damage you have done to your personal life.

      The cut throat departments out for themselves. Logistics was a lot of chasing with no ownership. Lost a lot of sleep over things that were out of my control.
