Pros

Free toys, awesome office space and location, great travel opportunities if you're in sales/marketing, good experience if you are entry-level. Some very talented people work here.

Cons

There is NO work/life balance. Introducing yoga classes - while it looks "fun" and innovative - does not solve that there is 1 person doing 3 people's jobs. There is no mentorship with senior management and it's a political landmine. More time is spent navigating politics than should be, resulting in a culture of stress and anxiety. Everyone is stressed all the time.

The people are great and was the best part of Spin Master, free fruit sometimes, free snacks sometimes, free toys sometimes

Cons

Confusion across all departments, no alignment, toy company so you would think it’s all fun and games, but will find out it’s not.
