Pros

At Spin Master you have an opportunity to learn from the experts. Whether it's the creative side, operations, or the financial back office, the people here are taking the company to the next level. I feel very lucky to be part of something so special, a rare find at a Corporate headquarters. The Talent Acquisition team is knocking it out of the park!

Cons

The hours are reasonable and there are loads of meaty projects. You have to be ready to manage competing priorities around Spin Master. If you like being kept on your toes, this place is for you.

great culture. people are awesome. Fun events.

Cons

Most people are underpaid. We keep losing key people to other companies because of money. If you have a company phone, you're tethered. No work-life balance. Expect to be on-call. Projects will get pushed off to others, creating more headaches. Pretty standard in every department.
