      Pros

      Cool product. As a brand person you can work on marketing and ps. As a designer you can get involved in brand. Good bonuses.

      Cons

      This is a tough place for women to advance to senior levels. Very few women VPs. Maternity leave is a career killer. Company values outside experiencekre than internal and seems to be having a hard time finding it's identity since the structure has changed. Most of the senior and respected marketing leaders have left leaving gaping holes.

      Working on developing new processes, unable to stick to one set of goals. Result: short-term unstable solutions.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment that permits one to learn a bit about each arm of the business.

      Cons

      Management is pulled in multiple directions and unable to set a clear path forward regarding a 5-10 year plan. Short term solutions illustrate a positive revenue result, however strong employees are being overworked and dropping like flies for better opportunities. Ultimately with lack of talent the company will once again be unsustainable.
