Thank you for sharing your experience with us, as feedback shows us where we may need to improve to achieve this. Unfortunately, it sounds like your experience does not align with how we want employees to feel about working at Twilio.
Twilio offers competitive salaries in addition to long-term ownership through RSUs. We also periodically benchmark our compensation with the market to ensure we are aligned with other tech companies of our size. Additionally, we created and started executing on an overall employee engagement charter for the site in partnership with a newly formed employee site council. We hope this charter and council will help ingrain our Twilio Magic values and culture into the work environment in India.
