      located in St.john's office chairs are nice.

      Cons

      Management do not have leadership skills, Communcation is very poor. There is always a flavour of the week. But does not last long before it changes into something else. They are currently hiring plant operators but they want to keep the union out, Best advice would be to get the steel workers in place. There want everyone doing the same job. Pay rates will range per employee. (Walmart System). Currently they are paying Dupont for a work system Called HPWS you can see the comments on that. Roles in the company keep changing with no clear direction. Management got systems in place where they are not accountable for any of the operation. Once someone gets killed on site people might wake up. They still do not have any procedure Policies developed year to date. They are flying by the seat of their pants,
