Business Outlook
Pros
Very talented and knowledgeable employees. It was a pleasure to work along side many individuals who had incredible passion for their work. Working at Vale is a great opportunity to learn from coworker with extensive experience and knowledge. Management is fairly good at recognizing and rewarding talent whenever possible.
Cons
Many challenges as Vale becomes increasingly large. Need further incentives and development options to retain the most talent employees.
