      Pros

      * Interesting concept * Beer and coffee on tap * For those looking to grow with the company, you'll find that here. * Fun parties and interesting, ambitious people. Very friendly overall. * Global focus which is really great if you're interested in working with start ups from all over the world. * "Cool" factor.

      Cons

      * Disorganized. * Unnecessary pressure and stress. * Not a good place for those who are mid career. Much better place for those who are just starting out. * OK benefits. Nothing to write home about. Not that much vacation time as compared to other start ups (unlimited vacation, anyone?) * No 401K option * Not so great pay. * In my role, murky expectations. * Little work/life balance.

      Pros

      Alcohol, Cool parties, okay benefits and opportunity to open your personal and professional network.

      Cons

      Always a sense of secrecy between management and the employees, C-levels don't care about anyone but them selves they just want to bring this company public "highly doubt it" at the pace that they're going, over spending and hiring top level management staff to do less work and have the lower level employees work like ants... Always fill with promises that aren't true.

      Pros

      Great parties, lots of alcohol, really fun co-workers. Good opportunities for advancement as they are growing around the world.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care about its people, especially at the lower levels. Senior management is only looking out for themselves, and don't show employees care or respect. Blatant sexism from the 100% male leadership team.
