You meet some really great people.

Cons

Expectations are unrealistic and put an inordinate amount of stress on everyone which is only compensated by free alcohol. You get the feeling the CEO is more concerned about joining the list of the worlds richest than the list of best places to work. They should hire someone from Google or Autodesk to improve morale. I wouldn't be surprised if they implode. Otherwise they'll run you down and replace you.

Decent base salary depending on which team you are on. Advancement opportunities if you choose.

Cons

Complete disregard of the way their employees are treated by the members of the workspaces. Upper management and C-Level executives are all family and friends and will never get fired and/or disciplined. Constant waste of thousands of dollars on parties instead of putting money into the buildings.
