Pros

Easy to get work done then do your own thing. You make the building your own and the people are great. Plus good benefits and PTO

Cons

No growth, pay is crap for Boston. The company as a whole is extremely mismanaged and unorganized. From down here, senior management just looks like they're cashing checks and doing nothing else but making weird deals to feature other companies in our office. It's comical.
