My experience working in Sales at WeWork was largely positive. The company has a strong, well-known product that’s easy to believe in and sell, and customers generally understand the value proposition. The sales organization is energetic, driven, and filled with motivated people who support each other.

Cons

Like any fast-moving company, priorities and targets can change, and the pace can be demanding, especially near quarter-end. Some processes and tools can feel complex or change over time.
