Pros
good compensation, benefits, autonomy to do your job, beautiful campus, good retirement benefits, they are respectful of employees
Cons
zero job growth, no mentorship, disingenuous managers, nepotism, allow people to be placed into roles that they are not qualified for but are friends with upper level mgmt, if you want to be rewarded be friends with a manager or VP that's the only way. Unequal benefits. i.e.) there are certain groups of people who have coverage for items unrelated to health whereas for others there is no coverage at all. They are only interested in their numbers that are reported in terms of how inclusive they are.
