Pros

Different kind of projects with many nice people.

Cons

Project management not prepared to define technical solutions. A lot of people without experience handling new projects.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive for our employees to be prepared for projects. In some cases, we work on projects that require solutions never thought of before. Our People Development Process provides the opportunity for employees to seek guidance from senior employees, learn skills through continuing education and certification programs and apply them to projects. We partner with universities and technology organizations on training courses to prepare our employees.

Pros

-good work environment -agile methodology -fast growing opportunities (if your manager likes you) -you're rewarded if you show good work -co-workers are mostly great

Cons

-low salaries -poor benefits (clt cesta) -some managers don't follow standard hiring/firing procedures -mentoring is worthless -overtimes go unpaid if not careful (especially with architects)

Thank you for your review and feedback. We understand that you felt the mentoring program wasn't truly meeting the needs of our employees. CI&T refreshed its career development program in 2013. The new program, called Conscious Development, emphasizes transparency and communication. And, they stretch from the employee to the Senior Management. Employees have a Coach to guide them through their development. This gives more visibility to the employee, as well as the organization, of every step in a employee's career. And, in turn, it creates opportunities in a clear way for employees and accelerates their growth.

Pros

Employees on the operational level are dedicated and willing to go beyond the call of duty to fulfill goals. Open structure allows everyone to offer input into a solution. Visibility is not a problem, despite company size. Company tries its hardest not to be a body-shop.

Cons

Project goals are often unrealistic, and must be fulfilled, at whatever cost (usually of the employees) Overtime/'task forces' are the rule, not the exception Agile precepts are followed on paper only in most projects. Internal processes lack agility, seem to lose focus on people before processes. Benefits are poor.
