      little opportunity for advancement

      great people, benefits, work life balance

      Cons

      there is little to no opprotunity for advancement, unless you are moving into middle management through a reorganization. it is difficult to impossible to advance outside of your particular career track. even within a particular career track, it is difficuult to impossible to get a promotion with perpetual expense freezes. all increase in salary go towards the above mentioned increase in middle management during reorgs

      The opportunity to contribute, the ability to learn and grow. Great mentoring and job shadowing program. The ability to collaborate. Work/Life balance.

      Those that only wish to focus on the negative versus contributing towards the success of the company and being proud of the many benefits the company provides to employees and customers.

      Anyone can thrive here: tons of talented people working here, and tons of lazy people who just show up and get paid

      low pay scale, difficult to attract quality people. So much red tape...the company is very disconnected which makes it nearly impossible to get things done.
