      No management. They will hire you for sth and will put u smwhere. No job security.nothimg to learn.HR ppl are most arrogant.they dont respect your time. My HR asked me to come and join on monday. I spent a huge money to be there on time that day.and security ppl made fun of me saying," mam dont you know concentrix is always closed on monday." I called HR that day and he was not responsive at all.he asked me to come again by next Friday.this way they wasted 15 days of mine.I took up the job as I had no other option.but soon I'll leave as they have changed my lob completely when on forms I filled for sm other lob. In my batch there are 27 ppl, and 14 of them left previous jobs to get a different lob here but again thwy are put into thw same.so, we all leave the organisation. One person lwft his 5 yr old job..other 3 yr old. Many experienced ppl left there job for this organisation. But this organisation does not respect your talent and experience.My emp Id: 894839.
