      Working there less than a year, Great company to work for!

      Pros

      - Opportunities to work for big names in the IT industry. - Progression routes available through Personal Development Plans/Individual contract roles (Coaching, Quality, Managerial, etc) - Good atmosphere. - Great way to meet new people from around the world. - Campaign nights out.

      Cons

      - Experience apparently may vary on the contract you are based on. I haven't heard anything good from people I know working the HMRC roles.

      Pros

      Centrally located off the I-10 and Broadway in a nice building

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership. I was there for a year and except for a very few people, that's about the average anyone stays. 3 Site directors, 3 HR Managers, constantly changing personnel in IT, HR, Training and it's basically a revolving door when it come to people at the CSR level. Constant policy changes, and issues with payroll and benefits that have gone on for far too long for a company of this size. Very high employee cost for health care coverage.

      Ability to move up is easy and frequent. Lots of room to go international . Bonus potential . And open to listening to you though what they do w the information is unknown

      Stressful environment, the sort thay kinda breeds a counterproductive class of employees. The turnover is absolutely horrific..and training is..less than
