Pros
Great environment and colleagues, you learn some skills that might be useful, there is constant training for those who need it, the HR department is really nice.
Cons
No real opportunities to grow, people only got promoted because they were friends with the previous managers, not because they deserved it. They lacked the skills needed for being a manager, and they would just be very lazy in their jobs and not do anything they were supposed to do, constant pressure from management to achieve unattainable targets.
