      Pros

      IT doesn't seem to be a place where you will want to stay. A lot of people are either already gone or in the process of finding a new job.

      Cons

      Ever since the new CTO took over, it's been more about managing how people perceive you instead of actually getting stuff done. Innovation has been replaced with politics. If you want to move up in the company, you have to pander to management.

      Pros

      Decent pay for what we're doing. It's not a difficult job. Sign some leases, make some late calls, set up stuff for auction, do some cleaning. Store Managers are very helpful for the most part. I see a lot of complaints about lazy managers and that is definitely a case by case issue. There are a lot of lazy managers, I've met a few, but everyone I've had the fortune of working with really does work hard. Job also gives a lot of good sales knowledge if you've never been in a sales type of position, and having Property Management at a large company like ESS looks really good on a resume.

      Cons

      Feels very corporate, but I think upper management realizes this and are trying to make the environment a little more laid back and relaxed. There doesn't seem to be as much opportunity to grow within the company that there used to be but that's probably because the company itself isn't growing as fast as it used to. Overall I don't have too many complaints.

      Pros

      I do not like speaking up or posting on sites like this. I keep to myself and do a good job. Then I see the only positive reviews on here are clearly from management. I see others finally speak up and they get discredited. I will not disclose my position or department. Clearly they do not like positive feedback or the truth.

      Cons

      There is a recent review that talks about peoples agendas the only agenda I see at this company is of management. I feel very insulted and unsafe here now.
