      Fantastic people and company

      Pros

      - Love working with my co-workers and team members in IT and BI Team - People are given more pay and responsibilites when they deliver - Company trust employees with large projects and provides a lot of support and resources - Technology is a big driver in helping the company grow and stay competitive

      Cons

      The only downside I have encountered is some of the employees have their own agendas that have been bad for the company and they brought a lot of negativity, but some of them have decided to finally move on so things are improving.

      No Future

      I loved my team. I learned a lot from my team.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about the future of BI. I came to work with this great team and they all got screwed. I found another job right away for so much more money and another great team. Management are nice guys but they just lie about how they care. Actions are the important thing. So many people are interviewing and looking to leave.

      Pros

      The CMO is funny? Some people just play video games and take the low pay.

      Cons

      Management and pay are the biggest issues. My job required a lot of IT's help but they never had time for my projects. They were talented but were super stressed. I wish they could have like x4 the data team and other teams. But I guess they will never care enough to do so. Marketing and IT guys and girls should look elsewhere for a job.
